A slowdown locally caused by hyper-inflated prices and a flood of homes on the market will certainly make things much more competitive and the “sellers” market which has been the norm for years has now shifted towards a “buyers” market. The equalization in the market is a much needed adjustment as it begins to right itself after years of unprecedented and unsustainable growth.

Many retirees buy homes throughout the entire county. Some communities have been designed for adults 55 plus.
