Chamber Luncheon Featuring Brad Anderson, Customer Service: Making it Memorable

Join Brad Anderson, from Blueprint, for this interactive session on recognizing and delivering memorable service to the four different personality styles of customers.   This session includes a fun discussion on recognizing and understanding our customers in person, and over the phone.  By the end of this session you will better know your own personal style, know the four main customer styles and learn some simple actionable ideas on how to better sell and provide service your customer.
