The second Gun Barrel Steak and Game House, a family owned business that originated in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, opened on Monday, July 18. 2005.

The Gun Barrel is a premier steakhouse that offers patrons a variety of dishes including buffalo, elk, trout and salmon - all grilled over mesquite wood to create a flavorful and distinctive taste.

The restaurant in St. George incorporates many aspects of scenic Utah into both its structure and furnishings. For example, the wood trim and the table tops are made of trestle wood from the railroad that went around the Great Salt Lake. The Gun Barrel Steak and Game House looks forward to being part of the community and serving both locals and visitors well.
