ProHealth Chiropractic is St. George’s newest chiropractic clinic. Located across the street from Barefoot Gymnastics on Riverside Dr., ProHealth is run by chiropractic physicians Mark Bentley and Justin Poppe.

Providing quality healthcare through technology is their foundation. They utilize a table called the SpineMED to treat herniated discs, slipped discs, and degenerative discs in the neck and low back, without the use of surgery or drugs. The SpineMED is an excellent alternative to those considering back surgery to alleviate their pain.

They also use a technique called the ProAdjuster to comfortably and consistently adjust the spine without the twisting and popping that can sometimes be uncomfortable. Drs. Bentley and Poppe also specialize in treating golf injuries, and can train your body to prevent injury in the future and produce more powerful, consistent golf shots.
