St. George Musical Theater is our luncheon sponsor this week.
St. George Musical Theater has received a generous monetary gift from donors Dimon and Darlene McFerson to kick off the Theater’s capital campaign, in which the company hopes to raise the necessary funding for the construction of a new home for the Theater’s productions. The donor and his wife, who have lived part-time in St. George over the past four years, announced that they will step forward and donate $1 for every $2 raised, up to $250,000, between now and May 1, 2007. ...more

The growth and strength of our Chamber are things we should all be proud of.
Growth brings with it certain challenges. One of those challenges we’re currently facing is that our Visitor and Relocation Center is overflowing with the brochures, flyers and business cards of our members. To be fair to all members that wish to use this service we are now requiring that all member information fit in the literature holders we provide. Printed materials may not exceed 8 ½ inches long, by 3 ¾ inches wide, or the size of a standard sheet of paper folded in thirds, (a tri-fold brochure fits perfectly). Business cards must not exceed the 2 ½ x 3 inch standard format. Materials should be presented to a member of the staff at the Chamber Offices for placement rather than placing the materials themselves. This is a great way to reach thousands of potential customers each year that are visiting or relocating to the Washington County area.

Reserve your booth space today for the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce 14th Annual Business EXPO.
Dates are Wednesday and Thursday, June 27th and 28th. This year promises to be the best ever with a new and exciting floor layout. For more information, contact Glenda at 435-628-1650 ext. 2 and when reserving your booth, remember to make reservations for the Kick-Off luncheon, Wednesday, June 27th. Are you participating in the balloon drop and/or planning hourly give-a-ways? Let Glenda know. Click Here

St. George Musical Theater rolls back the clock for “The Taffetas,” a musical revue from the fabulous fifties. Kaye, Peggy, Cheryl and Donna are four singing sisters who hope this big break will lead them to the Ed Sullivan Show. A tribute to the girl groups of the 1950’s, audiences will enjoy the sounds of the Maguire Sisters, The Fontaine Sisters and The Chordettes with hits such as “Sh-Boom,” “Mister Sandman,” Johnny Angel,” “Where the Boys Are,” “You Belong to Me,” and much more...more
