Dixie Regional Medical Center breaks ground for their new Outpaitent Pavilion
Dixie Regional Medical Center had a successful groundbreaking on Nov. 6 for thier new 150,000-square-foot Outpatient Pavilion. The five-story building will provide additional space for a number of rehabilitation and physical therapy services. It is a $65 million project and will be located directly east of the River Road Campus....more

The Southern Utah Associated General Contractors Safety Committee is happy to announce the 4th Annual Safety Conference

The Washington County Children’s Justice Center has rooms that still need to be adopted at the new center
The center is currently operating out of an old, clutter-filled home that the center has literally out-grown. The interview rooms are tiny and cramped with worn-out arm chairs, faded wallpaper borders and cheap office artwork and furniture. The Children’s Justice Center’s mission and design is to help children feel secure and at ease as they recount traumatic accounts of abuse in a calming environment where the truth can be told, without fear or re-traumatization, to proper authorities. The rooms stil available for adoption are: two parent rooms, foyer/receptionist area, three bathrooms, kitchen, child & teen interview rooms, offices, two meeting rooms and a garage/storage area. The City of St. George is currently looking for interested community members to serve on various boards, commissions or committees associated with the Community Arts Division
These include the St. George Art Commission, St. George Public Art Committee, St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm Advisory Board, and the St. George Art Museum Advisory Board, Members of these various entities work with city staff and administrators in making recommendations for operations of the varied city facilities and programs...more
