In 1992, when the PEO industry was still in its infancy, Kurt Larsen, Dawn Larsen and Bill Pendleton established RMI. By utilizing RMI’s services - medium and small companies are able to extend to their employees, many benefits comparable to those previously available at large Fortune 500 type companies. With offices in St. George, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Las Vegas, the company has expanded and grown into a $150 + million dollar enterprise. RMI has been recognized by the Governor and by Utah Business Magazine as being one of the top companies in Utah. As RMI celebrates its 15th Anniversary, they would like to thank the many employers and employees who have benefited from their services over the past 15 years.
